SONORO ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL AND SPECIAL MEETING

Sonoro Energy Ltd. has released the results of its annual and special meeting of shareholders, held May 21, 2024. All directors and resolutions relating to the appointment of auditor, share option plan and restricted share unit plan were approved by shareholders.

A total of 68,771,736 of the 223,334,075 Sonoro common shares outstanding, representing 30.8-per-cent participation, were voted by proxy.

The Company is pleased with the results of the shareholder vote and appreciates the continued support for the board and strategic direction for the company.
