SMARTCENTRES DECLARES DISTRIBUTION FOR DECEMBER 2023

SmartCentres Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a distribution for the month of December, 2023, of 15.417 cents per unit, representing $1.85 per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be payable on Jan. 15, 2024, to unitholders of record as at Dec. 29, 2023.
