SMARTCENTRES DECLARES DISTRIBUTION FOR FEBRUARY 2024

The trustees of SmartCentres Real Estate Investment Trust have declared a distribution for the month of February, 2024, of 15.417 cents per unit, representing $1.85 per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be payable on March 15, 2024, to unitholders of record as at Feb. 29, 2024.
