SMARTCENTRES DECLARES DISTRIBUTION FOR APRIL 2024

SmartCentres Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a distribution for the month of April, 2024, of 15.417 cents per unit, representing $1.85 per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be payable on May 15, 2024, to unitholders of record as at April 30, 2024.
