STORM FURTHER UPSIZES PRIVATE PLACEMENT TO $3.2M

Due to continued investor demand, Storm Exploration Inc. has further increased the size of its previously announced non-brokered private placement from aggregate gross proceeds of up to $2.7-million to aggregate gross proceeds of up to $3.2-million.

The offering will now consist of up to eight million units of the company at a price of 40 cents per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $3.2-million.

The company may pay finders' fees in connection with the offering, subject to and in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.

All other terms of the offering remain unchanged from those disclosed in the company's news release dated Aug. 26, 2026, and Sept. 2, 2026.

The offering remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
