STRATHMORE ANNOUNCES WARRANT EXTENSION
Strathmore Plus Uranium Corp. is intending to extend the expiry date of 2,379,361 share purchase warrants that were issued as part of a private placement, which was completed on Oct. 27, 2022. The
original term of each warrant entitled the holder to purchase one common share in the capital of the company at a price of 40 cents per share with an expiry of Oct. 27, 2024. There were originally a total of
4,112,079 warrants issued, of which 1,732,718 have been exercised. The company is intending to extend
the expiry date of the remaining warrants to Oct. 27, 2025. All other terms of the warrants will remain
the same. The extension is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
The company also notes that, due to market conditions, the convertible note announced on July 12, 2024,
was not completed. Further updates will be provided should there be any changes.
