SWISS WATER REPORTS VOTING RESULTS FROM ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Swiss Water Decaffeinated Coffee Inc. has released the voting results of the company's annual general meeting of shareholders, which was held on Thursday, May 18, 2023.

Election of directors

The director nominees listed in the management information circular for its annual general meeting of shareholders were elected as directors of Swiss Water. Voting results for individual directors elected are set out in the attached table.

Appointment of auditor

MNP LLP was appointed as auditor with 91.92-per-cent voting support.
