TD BANK GROUP TO RELEASE FIRST-QUARTER FINANCIAL RESULTS

Toronto-Dominion Bank will release its first quarter financial results and host an earnings conference call on Thursday, Feb. 27, 2025.

Financial results will be issued in a press release at approximately 6:30 a.m. ET. The call will be available live on TD's website at 9:30 a.m. ET and is expected to last approximately 60 minutes.
