TFI INTERNATIONAL DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

The board of directors of TFI International Inc. has declared a quarterly dividend of 27 U.S. cents per outstanding common share of its capital payable on Oct. 17, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 30, 2022.
