(TSX.V: TTGI) ("Turnium" or the "Company"). announces that the board of directors of the Company has authorized the grant of an aggregate of 3,100,000 incentive stock options (the "Options") to directors, officers and employees of the Company, at an exercise price of $0.10 per common share. The Options are exercisable for a five-year period from the date of grant. Certain grants will be subject to vesting terms in accordance with the terms of the option plan. The Options are granted pursuant to the Company's amended and restated stock option plan, which was most recently approved by shareholders at the Company's annual general meeting of shareholders, and remain subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
