TURNIUM PROPOSES TO EXTEND TERM OF WARRANTS

Turnium Technology Group Inc. has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the terms of an aggregate of 40,369,652 common share purchase warrants of the company.

The warrants currently have exercise prices of 14 cents and 10.5 cents per share, and are set to expire as follows:

• 30.21 million for Aug. 1, 2026, at 14 cents per share;
• 4.59 million for Aug. 22, 2026, at 14 cents per share;
• 5,569,652 for Aug. 22, 2026, at 10.5 cents per share.

All other warrant terms remain unchanged. No warrants have been exercised within the past 14 months.

Extension of the warrants is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange. The company's directors, officers and control persons (as defined under applicable exchange policy) beneficially own, in the aggregate, less than 5 per cent of the total number of warrants.
