The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Private placement

Number of warrants:  30.21 million

Original expiry date of warrants:  Aug. 1, 2026

New expiry date of warrants:  Aug. 1, 2028

Exercise price of warrants:  14 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 30.21 million shares with 30.21 million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Aug. 4, 2023.

Number of warrants:  4.59 million

Original expiry date of warrants:  Aug. 22, 2026

New expiry date of warrants:  Aug. 22, 2028

Exercise price of warrants:  14 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 4.79 million shares with 4.79 million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Sept. 6, 2023. Two hundred thousand warrants of these 4.79 million share purchase warrants were exercised in 2024, leaving 4.59 million warrants outstanding.
