TIDEWATER ANNOUNCES THIRD QUARTER 2022 DIVIDEND

Tidewater Midstream and Infrastructure Ltd.'s board of directors has declared a dividend for the third quarter of 2022 of one cent per common share payable on or about Oct. 31, 2022, to shareholders of record on Sept. 30, 2022. The ex dividend date is Sept. 29, 2022. This dividend is an eligible dividend for the purpose of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
