CSE bulletin 2023-0711

The Canadian Securities Exchange has determined that Urbana Corp. has met the criteria set out in CSE Policy 2A.4 for an NV issuer. Listed issuers designated as NV issuers form the senior tier of CSE-listed issuers and are subject to additional requirements as set out in CSE policies.

There will be no change to the trading symbol.
