CORRECTION OF EX-DIVIDEND DATE

Urbana Corp. issued a news release yesterday announcing that its board of directors has declared a dividend of 13 cents per share on the issued and outstanding common and non-voting Class A shares of Urbana. In the news release, the ex dividend date was incorrectly described as Jan. 16, 2025. The correct ex dividend date should be Jan. 17, 2025, the same date as the record date. All other information in the corporation's news release yesterday remains unchanged.
