AVILA ENERGY CORPORATION ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF NEW DIRECTORS
Avila Energy Corp. has appointed Dale Harrison, William Sandulak and George Mendez as directors.
Mr. Harrison
has over 25 years of experience, initially as field supervisor in Canada and internationally in Cuba. Mr. Harrison's areas of expertise are broad, including pipeline integrity as well as facilities management and maintenance at Avila Energy.
Mr. Sandulak
is a proven results business professional with over 40 years of corporate enterprise sales and sales management experience. Mr. Sandulak has a BA from the University of Manitoba.
Mr. Mendez
is a lawyer with a background in the oil and gas business. Mr. Mendez is also a graduate of the London School of Economics.
The company has also received and accepted Leonard Van Betuw's resignation as director of the company. The company thanks him for his service and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
