Avila Energy Corp. warrants have been approved for listing.

Each warrant shall entitle each warrantholder thereof, upon exercise at any time after the issue date and prior to the expiry time, to acquire one share upon payment of the exercise price of: (i) five cents per share for the period of 120 days following the date of issuance of the warrant; and (ii) 10 cents per share following the end of the initial period, subject to adjustment in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.1 of the warrant indenture.
