The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation relating to a purchase agreement dated May 20, 2022, between an arm's-length party and Vior Inc. Pursuant to the agreement, the company shall acquire a 100-per-cent interest in 24 mining claims located in the province of Quebec.

As consideration, the company shall issue 40,000 common shares to the vendor.
