Pursuant to the news release dated May 9, 2023, the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 1,793,900 common shares of the company at a deemed price of 22.31 cents per share to settle a debt in connection with a fairness opinion fee for an aggregate amount of $400,219.09.
