THREE SIXTY MAKES MARKETING PAYMENT

Three Sixty Solar Ltd. has made a marketing payment.

Three Sixty Solar has a payment pursuant to its previously announced agreement with Creative Direct Marketing Group Inc. (CDMG) for marketing services.

CDMG will, as appropriate, create campaigns, reportalogs, newsalogs, e-mails series, native and display ads for physical and digital mediums, set up and manage remarketing campaigns, and bring attention to the business of the company in consideration of $376,500 (U.S.). The promotional activity is expected to occur during the third quarter of 2023.
