AMERICAN AIRES INC. ANNOUNCES ASM VOTING RESULTS

American Aires Inc. has released the results of voting at its 2023 annual and special meeting of shareholders held on May 31, 2023.

A total of 70,851,465 common shares were voted in connection with the meeting, representing approximately 45 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of the company (see an attached table).
