AMERICAN AIRES EXPANDS #AIRESATHLETES CAMPAIGN THROUGH AGREEMENT WITH CAPTAIN OF NHL'S TORONTO MAPLE LEAFS, JOHN TAVARES

American Aires Inc.'s third world-class airesathletes awareness campaign partner is John Tavares, the No. 1 NHL (National Hockey League) draft pick in 2009, six-time NHL All-Star, former captain of the New York Islanders, current captain of the Toronto Maple Leafs, Olympic gold medal winner and founder of the John Tavares Foundation, alongside his wife, Aryne. In turn, Mr. Tavares will become a company shareholder as the majority of the partnership compensation will be in the form of American Aires shares. The airesathletes initiative connects with professional athletes who, like many thousands of happy customers, have turned to Aires for the significant benefits its technology offers, particularly physiological performance optimization through electromagnetic frequency (EMF) modulation and protection from the external EMF sources that surround us all today.

The non-exclusive, worldwide NIL (name, image and likeness) rights agreement with Mr. Tavares is effective as of June 5, 2024, and gives Aires the right to connect Mr. Tavares's personal brand with the advertisement, promotion and sale of Aires products and services, including through custom promotional video content, display of the Aires logo on Mr. Tavares's foundation's website, and the promotion of American Aires products on Mr. Tavares's social media account and on his foundation's social media accounts.
