Calgary, Alberta--(Newsfile Corp. - November 2, 2023) - Wilton Resources Inc. (TSXV: WIL) (the "Corporation"), announces that on November 2, 2023 the Board of Directors of the Corporation granted 200,000 stock options (the "Options") to purchase common shares of the Corporation ("Shares") to a director of the Corporation. The Options vest on the date of issuance and are exercisable for a period of five years from the date of grant at an exercise price of $0.285 per Share. Each grant of Options is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
