WINSHEAR ANNOUNCES CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Following Winshear Gold Corp.'s decision to relinquish the Gaban and Ica projects in Peru and to transfer the projects back to Palamina Corp., Andrew Thomson, chief executive officer of Palamina Corp., has resigned from Winshear's board of directors.

The company thanks Mr. Thomson for his contribution to the company and wishes Palamina success in its endeavours in Peru.
