The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Westport Fuel Systems Inc. has rolled back its shares on a one-new-for-10-old basis, effective at the open on June 6, 2023. According to the TSX, the shares will continue trading under the symbol WPRT. The new Cusip number is 960908 50 7.

The TSX notes that no fractional common shares will be issued. Fractional share entitlements shall be rounded down to the nearest whole number of shares and no cash will be paid in lieu of any fractional shares.
