WESTPORT ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR RETIREMENT

Brenda Eprile has retired from Westport Fuel Systems Inc.'s board of directors, effective Jan. 6, 2025. The board is currently evaluating alternatives with respect to the appointment of an independent director to fill the vacancy.
