Edgewater Announces Stock Option Grant

OTTAWA, Ontario, Canada - February 21, 2024 - Edgewater Wireless Systems Inc. (TSX-V: YFI) (the "Company" or "Edgewater Wireless") announces that it has granted stock options pursuant to its 10% rolling stock option plan to certain directors, contractors and consultants of the Company to purchase up to an aggregate of 2,900,000 common shares of the Company. The stock options are exercisable at $0.05 per share and expire five years from the date of grant.
