EDGEWATER ANNOUNCES INCREASE IN PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Edgewater Wireless Systems Inc. intends to increase the size of its previously announced non-brokered private placement financing from $1.1-million to $1.95-million. The company may issue up to 39 million units of the company at a price of five cents per unit. All other terms of the offering will remain the same.
