EDGEWATER ANNOUNCES STOCK OPTION GRANT

Edgewater Wireless Systems Inc. has granted stock options pursuant to its fixed 20-per-cent rolling stock option plan to a consultant of the company to purchase up to an aggregate of 500,000 common shares of the company at five cents per share. These options will vest as to 33 per cent on the date of grant, 33 per cent 12 months from the date of grant and 34 per cent 24 months from the date of grant. The options expire five years from the date of grant.
